If you follow me on social media you already may know that I interviewed and attended CNCO’s latest concert in Puerto Rico. I know my fair share about boybands because I’m from the fangirl era of the Backstreet Boys, N’SYNC and Jonas Brothers. Embarrassing enough I didn’t know much about CNCO and it’s a total shame on me because they are epically representing latinos. After meeting the boys, I can say they’ve won themselves another fan.
Si me sigues en las redes sociales ya sabrás que entreviste y asiste al concierto de CNCO en Puerto Rico. Se bastante sobre los “boybands” por mi época de fan con los Backstreet Boys, N’SYNC y Jonas Brothers. Me da mucha vergüenza admitirlo, pero no sabía mucho de CNCO y me da pena porque estos chicos están representando a todos los latinos. Luego de conocer a los chicos puedo decir que han ganado otra fan.
Ok, so let’s get to know the boys a bit more (Yup I did my research). CNCO was formed back in 2015 in the singing competition “La Banda”. The group consist of 5 bilingual hotties who each represent a different country Christopher Vélez (Ecuador), Zabdiel De Jesús (Puerto Rico), Joel Pimentel (Mexico), Richard Camacho (Dominican Republic), Erick Brian Colón (Cuba). CNCO is breaking the music charts, their youtube videos have millions of views, have sold out shows all over the world, won countless awards and have captured the hearts of millions.
Ok, vamos a conocer a los chicos un poco más. (Si hice mi búsqueda de información.) CNCO se formó en 2015 por medio de la competencia “La Banda”. El grupo consiste de 5 chicos bilingües, cada uno representa un país distinto; Christopher Vélez (Ecuador), Zabdiel De Jesús (Puerto Rico), Joel Pimentel (México), Richard Camacho (Republica Dominicana), Erick Brian Colón (Cuba). CNCO está logrando grandes éxitos en la música, sus videos de youtube tienen millones de vistas, sus conciertos están completamente vendidos, han ganado varios premios y capturados millones de corazones.
On February 14th aka Valentine’s Day CNCO celebrated a concert in Puerto Rico which is part of their world tour. A few days before the concert I met and interviewed the boys. During my interview the boys blew me away with how humble, sweet and cute they are. Too bad they’re all younger then me 😩🤷🏻♀️. They even helped with technical microphone issues. In our conversation they promised an epic concert and they didn’t fail. CNCO’s romantic Valentines concert was full of energy, music, dancing and all the technical works. The gorgeous and fabulous Leslie Grace was even a special guest. I’m a bit resentful with the topic of romance so it was an extraordinary experience spending my Valentines night with CNCO. You guys literally brightened my day. At the concert it was so cute to see so many young fans accompanied by they’re parents. My parents never took me to a Backstreet Boys concert😭😂.
El 14 de febrero (Día del Amor y la Amistad) CNCO celebro su más esperado concierto en Puerto Rico el cual es parte de su gira mundial. Días antes del concierto conocí y brevemente entreviste a los chicos. Durante la entrevista me sorprendieron con su gran humildad y dulzura. Que pena que son menores que yo😩🤷🏻♀️. Hasta me ayudaron con los problemas técnicos del micrófono. En nuestra conversación prometieron un concierto épico y no fallaron. El concierto romántico de CNCO estaba lleno de energía, música, bailes y muchas pirotecnias. La hermosa Leslie Grace fue una invitada especial. En el tema del amor estoy un poco resentida y para mi fue una experiencia extraordinaria pasar mi noche de San Valentín con CNCO. Chicos me alegraron el día. En el concierto vi tantas fanáticas pequeñas acompañadas de sus papas, se veían tan hermosos. Mis papas jamás me llevaron a un concierto de los Backstreet Boys😭😂.
CNCO”s new music video “Pretend” just hit youtube on Friday February 15th so be sure to check it out. These guys are conquering the world with their talent and charm. Boys I wish you all the success this world has to offer. I hope we meet again soon, so we can have a longer conversation and I’m even up for a challenge. Chicos les deseo todo el éxito que este mundo ofrece. Espero poder verlos nuevamente muy pronto, para que podamos charlar un poco más. Hasta seria chévere realizar un reto. Seria divertido, un reto donde CNCO me maquilla. ¿Qué les parece?
