Waking up to 40 feels like stepping into a blockbuster sequel of my life! Today marks a new chapter and a whole new decade, and let me tell you, this birthday is truly special because surprise!—I’m alive!
Turning 40 is a miracle! God’s protection and love for me have been truly immense. I went through a really dark time this year, and there was a moment when I tried to take my own life, but God saved me. In my deep pain, He showed me that trust in Him is the way, and revenge? That’s His job!
This year I also faced the loss of my beloved grandmother, the joy in my life. I miss her each day, but I choose to celebrate the precious moments we had together.
I’m incredibly grateful for all the amazing people (too many to mention) who’ve been by my side through it all, especially my sister and aunt Esther! Thank you for reminding me that I’m never alone!
As I step into this new chapter, stronger and more confident than ever I’m ready to continue living with purpose and leaving a legacy!
FYI: I only have a couple of grey hair!!!
