For my procedure Dr. Carlos Pou used Restylane ( Lyft, Refyne y Defyne) hyaluronic acid products. He eliminated my undereye hollowness, improved my cheekbone projection creating a clean transition of my midface into the eyelids for a much less make-up need. Dr. Pou also smoothed my nasolabial or parenthesis line, defined my chin projection and mandibular definition to harmonize the upper and lower face.
The most frequently asked question I receive is, does it hurt? As the treatment uses needles, it’s important to numb the areas that’ll be injected with a topical numbing cream beforehand as it helps minimise pain. The pain is minimal before and after the procedure. During my process I felt amazing because Dr. Pou is an expert and made sure I was comfortable.
The effects show instantly but it can take a few days for the full results to show as the product softens and settles in. Results last up to a year sometimes longer.
