Friend or Enemy?

Do you have a friend who seems to be more like an enemy?   Friendship is a relationship you share with someone you care about, someone in whom you trust. You both may share the same interests or may have many things in common. A friend is there for you through the good and bad, it’s that shoulder you cry on or that laugh you count on. Friendship is a very strong bond. Let’s be honest we all need a friend in our lives, someone to share our sorrows and joys with. A friend to have a good time with and forget about our everyday stress is indispensable. Friends are a blessing but having the wrong friend can be a curse.

It’s time you got rid of the unhealthy friendships in your life. You don’t need many friends in your life who don’t provide anything positive. I don’t know about you but I’m completely satisfied with having a few true friends other than having many hypocritical friends.  How do you know if your friendships are true? Well take a peek at this check list I’ve made for you. If your “friend or friends” have any of these unfriendly qualities I truly believe you have to disconnect this friendship from your life.

• When you share positive news or goals instead of being happy for you your so called friend gets jealous and says negative comments.
• Is your friend constantly lying to you?
• Does your friend talk about you behind your back?
• Has your friend done something to betray you?
• Is your friend possessive and draining you of your time?
• Your friend constantly tries to put you down or make you feel inferior.
• Is your friend cynical and pessimist?
• Does your friend try to compete against you too dim your shine?

Something very important that I can’t forget to mention is no matter what your friend has done to you, you must forgive because than you’ll never have peace in your heart.  There is no need to hold any grudge in your heart, so please forgive. Even though you forgive that does not mean you have to keep that person in your life.  Forgive and keep away from unhealthy relationships. A true friendship should always be based on honesty and genuineness. Redefine the friendships in your life and only keep those who are worth your love, energy and time.

¿Amiga o Enemiga?

¿De casualidad tienes a una amiga que parece ser más enemiga?  La amistad es una relación que compartes con alguien que te simpatiza, alguien en quien tú confías.  Ambas pueden compartir los mismos intereses o tener muchas cosas en común.  Una amiga está a tu lado en lo bueno y en lo malo, es ese hombro en donde tu lloras o esa risa que te hace sentir bien.  La amistad es un lazo muy fuerte.  Vamos hacer honestas todas necesitamos a una amiga en nuestra vida, alguien con quien compartir nuestras penas y nuestra felicidad. Una amiga con quien divertirte y olvidarte del estrés es indispensable.  Las amistades son una bendición pero tener una amistad equivocada puede ser una maldición.

Es tiempo que alejes de tu vida  las amistades que no son saludable.  No necesitas muchas amistades que no provean nada positivo.  No sé de ti pero yo estoy completamente satisfecha en tener pocas amistades verdaderas que muchas amistades hipócritas.  ¿Como sabes si tus amistades son verdaderas?  Pues ojea esta lista que he hecho para ti.  Si tu amiga o amigas tienen alguna de estas cualidades realmente creo que tienes que desconectar esa amistad de tu vida.

• Cuando compartes noticias positivas o metas  en vez de estar contenta por ti tu supuesta amiga se pone celosa o te expresa comentarios negativos.
• Tu amiga constantemente te miente.
• Tu amiga habla de ti detrás de tu espalda.
• Tu amiga te ha traicionado.
• ¿Es tu amiga posesiva y gasta tu tiempo?
• Tu amiga constantemente trata de hacerte sentir mal o hacerte sentir inferior.
•  ¿Es tu amiga  cínica y pesimista?
• Tu amiga siempre está compitiendo contigo para tratar de sobresalir sobre ti.

Algo muy importante que no puedo dejar de mencionar es que no importando que tu amiga haya hecho debes perdonar.  El perdón te permite tener paz en tu corazón. No guardes raíces de amargura en tu corazoncito.  Aunque perdones no significa que tienes que mantener a esa persona en tu vida. Perdona pero mantente lejos de esas relaciones que no son saludables.  Una verdadera amistad se basa en honestidad y genuinidad.  Redefine las amistades en tu vida y solamente conserva cerca las personas que se merezcan tu amor, energía y tiempo.
