Have you been sitting in front of the TV obsessing over Pretty Little Liars like I have? Mona’s death was a major shocker on the finale of season five. There is so much to love about Pretty Little Liars from the drama and suspense to the trendy fashion. Hanna, Spencer and Emily have cute styles but Aria (Lucy Hale) is my favorite fashion icon on the show due to her edgy yet feminine style. Arias style is bohemian-chic, mixed with edgy and girly. Do you like Aria’s style? If so, I’m going to show you how to steal her look.
Have you ever noticed how many times Aria wears a jacket or blazer? They’re definitely her fashion signature fitting perfectly with her boho-chic style. Aria wears many girly dresses and skirts, but her jackets make her look a bit more edgy. Aria is an expert of adding layers to her outfit. A way to simply add some layers is by wearing a jacket or blazer.
If it wasn’t obvious another signature of Miss Aria’s style are with a doubt her many pair of boots from motorbike, Dr martens, combat boots, knee-high boots or high-heeled ankle boots with bold colors of blue, to sliver or just simple blacks and browns. She owns every style and wears them with everything whether it’s with a dress, skirt or skinny jeans. She usually wears boots with details, like studs or buckles giving her outfit more edginess. Aria is always thinking out of the box and definitely isn’t afraid to play with different kinds of patterns; she likes to mix and match her clothes.
Through her style Aria demonstrates that everything is possible. Her style may be very edgy, but Aria always gives her outfits a girly touch by wearing lace giving her look sophistication and elegance.
Now onto my Pretty Little Liars Aria inspired look. First of all there is no need to spend money. I just shopped in my closet and pulled this look together giving my own personal touch based on Arias style. I wore a floral lace skater skirt combined with a white t-shirt. My grey blazer added a bit of layer and black studded boots brought a touch of edge. A silver diamond necklace and earrings finished my fashion look with classy sophistication. In total completion; for my hair I went for a side braid giving total bohemian chicness embracing Arias fashion. It is very important to keep in mind that in order to pull off Arias style you have to be creative. That’s the special thing about Aria she is never afraid to be herself and you shouldn’t either.
As we further on watch Pretty Little Liars and keep obsessing over Arias fashion I hope to soon find out who A is. All these deaths each season make me anxious. Who do you think is A?
