Ah, mornings. You either love them or you hate them. If I’m 100 % honest I have to admit that I’m not a morning person. I find myself in a constant battle between wanting to be productive and wanting to lay in bed a while longer all day. During the mornings I have a profound relationship with the snooze button.
Ah, las mañanas; tienes dos opciones amarlas u odiarlas. Si soy 100% honesta tengo que admitir que no soy una persona mañanera. Constantemente me encuentro en una batalla entre querer ser productiva o quedarme durmiendo un rato más. Durante las mañanas tengo una profunda relación con el botón de “snooze”.
Getting enough rest is very important to me and that includes sleeping comfortably. Our goal is to recharge for the next day ahead of us. What we wear to sleep is probably our most vulnerable outfit of the day. Everyone has their pajama preferences. When it comes to sleepwear I take comfort to a whole new level. My top two sleepwear options are wearing an oversized t-shirt or wearing nothing but underwear. I could care less about looking cute while I rest. My main goal is to get enough sleep in order to deal with my hectic life during the day.
El descanso para mí es muy importante y eso incluye dormir cómodamente. Nuestra meta es recargar fuerzas para el próximo día. Lo que nos ponemos para dormir es probablemente el atuendo más vulnerable que luciremos en el día. Cada cual tiene su preferencia en pijamas pero cuando se trata de ropa para dormir yo elevo mi nivel de comodidad. Mis opciones favoritas para dormir son una t-shirt grande o dormir sin nada más que panties. Lucir chic es lo menos que me importa mientras duermo. Mi meta mayor es descansar suficientemente para enfrentar mi día caótico.

I’m a fan of supporting good causes that provoke a positive change in the lives of those in need especially children. The Food Bank of Puerto Rico and RVI Shopping Centers have united to present the campaign “Di Presente” with the purpose of invoking Puerto Ricans to donate food for children in need. Soy fan de apoyar iniciativas que provocan cambios positivos en la vida de los demás en especial para los niños. El Banco de Alimentos de Puerto Rico y los centros comerciales RVI se unieron para trabajar la campaña “Di Presente”, con el propósito de convocar a los puertorriqueños a donar alimentos para niños de escasos recursos.
