It’s been years since I’ve visited Miami and I couldn’t be any more excited that this time my visit has a great purpose. This year I have the amazing opportunity to be part of Hispanicize 2016.
I will be joined by the best influencers and bloggers in Puerto Rico where together we will present the panel “Keeping Up With the Boricuas”. During this panel José Sánchez of Piccolomondo, Lezeidaris Morales of Ser Madre, Wilton Vargas of Tecnético, José Hernández Falcon, founder of Puerto Rico BloggerCon and I will offer details about social media and influencer marketing in Puerto Rico.
Hispanicize is the largest annual event for Latino trendsetters and newsmakers in digital content creation, journalism, marketing, entertainment and tech entrepreneurship. The event will take place in downtown Miami’s InterContinental hotel, April 4-8, 2016.
To make matter even more exciting both Jose Sanchez and I were selected as finalist for the Tecla Awards.
Piccolo Mondo is finalist in two categories, “Kids and Family” y “Best Sponsored Video”. While I have the inmense honor to be finalist in the “Fashion Creator” category. The Tecla Awards are the most prestigious national honor highlighting the achievements of top Latino and multicultural content creators. From Beauty and Food Creators to Comedians and Live Video Broadcasters the 2016 Tecla Awards feature more than 100 finalists in 28 categories that represent an explosion of talent from across the U.S. Hispanic community. Presented in partnership with TELEMUNDO, the star-studded Tecla Awards gala will take place on Thursday, April 7th during Hispanicize Week at Icon in South Beach and for the first time will be internationally live streamed (http://hispanicizeevent.com/hispanicize-and-dime-media-announce-finalists-for-the-2nd-annual-tecla-awards/).
Passion, dedication and persistence have been the key to every accomplish conquered through Lovely Chicas. From the moment I launched my blog my main goal was to inspire women to be themselves and love every part of who they are. Through Lovely Chicas I wanted to share my voice and opinions not just on fashion and beauty but on important matters associated with women. Being the founder, editor and blogger of Lovely Chicas has not been easy. In fact, this journey has been full of tears, fears, frustrations, betrayals and a lot of envious feedback. Beyond the struggles I have received greater things like love, new amazing friendships, great accomplishments, independence and more confidence. I would have never imagined the possibility to be considered for an award. I’m so grateful and honored to be considered for this major award. Thank you all for your love and support, especially for believing in Lovely Chicas.
Be sure to follow me on all of my social media channels so you can join me along on this incredible journey.
