If you follow me on social media you already may know that I interviewed and attended CNCO’s latest concert in Puerto Rico. I know my fair share about boybands because I’m from the fangirl era of the Backstreet Boys, N’SYNC and Jonas Brothers. Embarrassing enough I didn’t know much about CNCO and it’s a total shame on me because they are epically representing latinos. After meeting the boys, I can say they’ve won themselves another fan.

Si me sigues en las redes sociales ya sabrás que entreviste y asiste al concierto de CNCO en Puerto Rico. Se bastante sobre los “boybands” por mi época de fan con los Backstreet Boys, N’SYNC y Jonas Brothers. Me da mucha vergüenza admitirlo, pero no sabía mucho de CNCO y me da pena porque estos chicos están representando a todos los latinos. Luego de conocer a los chicos puedo decir que han ganado otra fan.

Ok, so let’s get to know the boys a bit more (Yup I did my research). CNCO was formed back in 2015 in the singing competition “La Banda”. The group consist of 5 bilingual hotties who each represent a different country Christopher Vélez (Ecuador), Zabdiel De Jesús (Puerto Rico), Joel Pimentel (Mexico), Richard Camacho (Dominican Republic), Erick Brian Colón (Cuba). CNCO is breaking the music charts, their youtube videos have millions of views, have sold out shows all over the world, won countless awards and have captured the hearts of millions.

Ok, vamos a conocer a los chicos un poco más. (Si hice mi búsqueda de información.) CNCO se formó en 2015 por medio de la competencia “La Banda”. El grupo consiste de 5 chicos bilingües, cada uno representa un país distinto; Christopher Vélez (Ecuador), Zabdiel De Jesús (Puerto Rico), Joel Pimentel (México), Richard Camacho (Republica Dominicana), Erick Brian Colón (Cuba). CNCO está logrando grandes éxitos en la música, sus videos de youtube tienen millones de vistas, sus conciertos están completamente vendidos, han ganado varios premios y capturados millones de corazones.

On February 14th aka Valentine’s Day CNCO celebrated a concert in Puerto Rico which is part of their world tour. A few days before the concert I met and interviewed the boys. During my interview the boys blew me away with how humble, sweet and cute they are. Too bad they’re all younger then me 😩🤷🏻‍♀️. They even helped with technical microphone issues. In our conversation they promised an epic concert and they didn’t fail. CNCO’s romantic Valentines concert was full of energy, music, dancing and all the technical works. The gorgeous and fabulous Leslie Grace was even a special guest. I’m a bit resentful with the topic of romance so it was an extraordinary experience spending my Valentines night with CNCO. You guys literally brightened my day. At the concert it was so cute to see so many young fans accompanied by they’re parents. My parents never took me to a Backstreet Boys concert😭😂.

El 14 de febrero (Día del Amor y la Amistad) CNCO celebro su más esperado concierto en Puerto Rico el cual es parte de su gira mundial. Días antes del concierto conocí y brevemente entreviste a los chicos. Durante la entrevista me sorprendieron con su gran humildad y dulzura. Que pena que son menores que yo😩🤷🏻‍♀️. Hasta me ayudaron con los problemas técnicos del micrófono. En nuestra conversación prometieron un concierto épico y no fallaron. El concierto romántico de CNCO estaba lleno de energía, música, bailes y muchas pirotecnias. La hermosa Leslie Grace fue una invitada especial. En el tema del amor estoy un poco resentida y para mi fue una experiencia extraordinaria pasar mi noche de San Valentín con CNCO. Chicos me alegraron el día. En el concierto vi tantas fanáticas pequeñas acompañadas de sus papas, se veían tan hermosos. Mis papas jamás me llevaron a un concierto de los Backstreet Boys😭😂.

CNCO”s new music video “Pretend” just hit youtube on Friday February 15^th so be sure to check it out. These guys are conquering the world with their talent and charm. Boys I wish you all the success this world has to offer. I hope we meet again soon, so we can have a longer conversation and I’m even up for a challenge. Galentine’s Day Brunch

It’s great to celebrate Valentine’s Day and love and all, but being honest I’m not a huge fan. It’s gotten increasingly commercial and unromantic these past few years and it has nothing to do with being single. I just prefer to celebrate love and friendship all year long. I’m more of a Galentine’s Day girl.

Galentine’s Day is an underrated occasion for embracing sisterhood and girl time, something I’m always up for! Women empowerment all the way!

Recently a great group of bloggers-content creators and I hosted a Galentines Brunch at this incredible new restaurant “La Malquerida” located in Dorado, Puerto Rico. Not only does the “La Malquerida” have delicious food but it celebrates woman empowerment and strength.

The brunch was such a beautiful and special get-together. Every detail was thought out perfectly and everything was Instagram worthy!

Tropical Winter

Living on a tropical island is a fantasy to many but a reality to me. Puerto Rico is the island of an eternal summer sun. A tropical paradise and relaxing haven where you can escape from the stress. Winter weather is non-existent here, summer weather reigns all year long which means you can lounge by the pool or escape to the beach.

Influencer Getaway At Holiday Inn Express

I began the year with a local getaway at one of my favorite neighborhoods in Puerto Rico, Condado. Holiday Inn Express San Juan Condado extended a special invitation where I had the pleasure of an exclusive stay with a few other influencers; El Tipo Official, Guillermo Villa, Villaa & Alondra Villa. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Papo Listo Holiday Inns offical mascot.Holiday Inn Express is in Condado overlooking both the lagoon and beach. This Inn offers lots of class, comfort and great service.

Comencé el año con una escapadita local en uno de mis lugares favoritos en Puerto Rico, Condado. Holiday Inn Express San Juan Condado extendió una invitación especial donde tuve el placer de una estadía exclusiva con algunos otros influencers; El Tipo Official, GuillermoVilla , Villaa & Alondra. En nuestra llegada nos recibió la mascota oficial de Holiday Inn Papo Listo. Holiday Inn Express se encuentra en Condado, con vistas a la laguna y la playa. Esta posada ofrece mucha clase, comodidad y excelente servicio.

As a digital Influencer having great internet is very important. Their internet was beyond perfect, I even considered moving in. Within the facilities you will find an outdor pool, fitness room, business center and mini market. The rooms are very accommodating with extremely comfortable beds you won’t want to get out of. In the surrounding areas of the hotel you will find there’s lots to do. You can go for a swim at the beach, paddle board or kayak on the lagoon, walk at the parks, shop at high end boutiques, dine at a grand variety of restaurants, enjoy a few drinks at bars, play at casinos or dance at the clubs. Everything is within walking distance from the Inn.Each morning I enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast and during my last night I was a VIP guest at Hard Rock Café.

Como influencer digital tener buen internet es muy importante. La calidad de internet en Holiday Inn era más que perfecto, incluso consideré mudarme. Dentro de las instalaciones encontraras una piscina, gimnasio, centro de negocios y mini mercado. Las habitaciones son muy acogedoras, con camas extremadamente cómodas que no querrás levantarte. En los alrededores del hotel encontraras mucho que hacer. Puedes ir a nadar en la playa, practicar remo o kayak en la laguna, caminar en los parques, comprar en boutiques, cenar en una gran variedad de restaurantes, disfrutar bebidas en los bares, jugar en casinos o bailar en los clubs. Todo está a poca distancia del Holiday Inn Express. Cada mañana disfruté de un delicioso desayuno continental y durante mi última noche fui un invitado VIP en Hard Rock Café.

Goodbye 2018 and Welcome 2019

Once again, we welcome a new year which will be full of new opportunities and experiences.

Whatever our personal resolutions or goals may be we all aim to have success. In order to have a successful year you must forgive yourself for anything you’ve done wrong and for any weaknesses. Whatever mistakes you made this year don’t take that baggage with you into the new year. Let it all go and move on. Your mistakes are lessons learned which you can convert into gifts; gifts of strength, power and hope. Use it all as motivation for everything you desire to conquer in 2019.

Nobody is perfect. We all make mistakes, say or do the wrong things. Trust me, I’ve made tons of mistake this year but when we fall, we must get up.

So many things happened and changed this year. 2018 was a roller-coaster of a ride. It was a year full of many exciting accomplishments. Lots of incredible things occurred. As I look back at everything that happened this year, especially the bad I realize that it all defined and shaped me into someone better. I took some time to analyze my year 2018 by literally scrolling through photo memories on my phone reminding myself of every single experience that occurred. Here are 18 important lessons I learned in 2018.

Top lessons I learned in 2018:

During every life process you have an opportunity to grow.
Do not force ANYTHING! If it has to be forced, it was never ever meant to be.
Make yourself a priority.
Surround yourself with those who really want to see you succeed and friends who truly support you.
People enter your life for a reason, a season or lifetime. No matter the circumstances each one is meant to teach you something.
Its important to follow your instincts because not everyone has good intentions.
Have no expectations of anyone…it saves you from stress and heartache.
Let go of toxic relationships and friendships because usually their loyalty ends where their benefits end.
You are worth so much and deserve it all. Don’t ever compromise your value.
The times you fall aren’t important but the times you get up are.
Always be authentic and genuine.
Failure is an important part of growth.
No matter how difficult the struggles are they don’t last forever.
Life is full o f opportunities, go for them.
Always be grateful.
Your faith can move mountains. Trust in God always.
Don’t ever compare your life to others. It only takes away happiness, peace and overshadows all the great things you’ve accomplished.
Life is short, live it to the fullest with no regrets.

Though there were struggles and difficult moments this year the incredible experiences outweigh the bad. I’m beyond grateful for everything I lived through in 2018 because it made me a stronger, more self-empowered, determined and focused. This new year I aim to continue accomplishing my goals and being a better person.

There’s never any guarantee that you’ll achieve your resolutions or goals, but you must put yourself into it fully and work hard. Stop desiring what you want in life and take action.

Our lives are a book and now we move onto a new chapter titled “2019”. Everything you desire is within reach. This year I want to see you shut many mouths as you conquer yours dreams.

Being in my thirties was a thought that used to terrify me. Funny enough I’ve never felt more confident, empowered, strong, happy and alive. My thirties have been the best years of my life.

Estar en mis treintas era un pensamiento que me daba terror. Chistosamente jamás me había sentido tan orgullosa, empoderada, fuerte, feliz y viva. Mis treintas han sido los mejores años de mi vida.

I’ve grown so much from who I use to be becoming even more independent, fearless and powerful. Though I may not be perfect, I can honestly say that I’m the best version of myself. During every struggle I’ve become stronger and have learned so much. I’ve evolved into a woman I’m proud of. Most importantly I know who I am and what I want in life. In my thirties I feel full of much more energy than I did in my 20’s. My mind is clear of what truly matters in life. I’ve finally come to understand that in life I am more than enough.

He crecido tanto de quien antes solía ser convirtiéndome en alguien mas independiente, sin miedo, arriesgada y poderosa. Aunque no soy perfecta, puedo honestamente decir que soy la mejor versión de mí. En medio de cada dificultad me he hecho más fuerte y he aprendido mucho. He evolucionado en una mujer de la cual estoy muy orgullosa. Lo mas importante es que se quien soy y lo que quiero en esta vida. En mis treintas me siento más llena de vida que en mis veintes. Mi mente está completamente clara de lo que realmente importa en la vida. Finalmente he comprendido que en esta vida soy más que suficiente.

Today I’m grateful for another year of life! I’m looking forward to this next upcoming year and everything that will come.

Estoy muy agradecida por otro año mas de vida y estoy ansiosa por todo lo que vendrá.
