For as long as I can remember I’ve been a devoted Luis Fonsi fan. Despacito has become a worldwide hit but my favorite songs were launched way back in the beginning of his career. Like for example “Si tu quisieras”, “Aunque Estes Con El” “Se Supone” “Quien te dijo eso” Seria Facil” “Aprendi”…….this list of fav romantic and cheesy songs can go on and on.

Desde que puedo recordar siempre he sido fanática devota de Luis Fonsi. Despacito es un éxito mundial pero mis temas favoritos provienen del comienzo de su carrera; “Si tu quisieras”, “Aunque Estés Con El” “Se Supone” “Quien te dijo eso” Seria Fácil” “Aprendí” y mi lista de canciones románticas y cursi puede continuar.

Fonsi recently celebrated two concerts in Puerto Rico. To my great surprise I was personally invited by his PR team to enjoy his epic show. Did I cry when I received the invite? Yes I did. His entire concert was a surreal experience I got to enjoy with sister and brother-in-law. Every time I get to see Luis Fonsi live it’s an incredible goosebumps-all-over-my- body experience.

Fonsi recientemente celebro 2 concierto en Puerto Rico. Para mi gran sorpresa el equipo de publicidad me invito para poder disfrutar su concierto del sábado. Llore cuando me invitaron? Si. Para mí fue una experiencia irreal que puede disfrutar junto a mi hermana y cuñado. Cada vez que puedo ver a Luis Fonsi en vivo es una experiencia para pelos e increíble.

During his concert he performed all of his hits. Fonsi also performed a new Caribbean-dance-styled song titled Calypso. This song will officially be launched on June 15^th and I know it’s going to be another hit.

Durante el concierto el canto todos sus éxitos. Fonsi también presento su nuevo tema “Calypso” que tiene un estilo caribeño y es muy bailable. Este tema oficialmente se lanzara el 15 de junio y sé que será otra gran éxito.

Fonsi though my fantasies of being your wife never became a reality I’ll always be your number fan.

Fonsi, aunque mis fantasías de ser tu esposa no se hicieron realidad pero siempre ser tu fan número uno.

Borikua’s Brunch

In case you didn’t know I have a serious obsession with brunch. My favorite meal of the day is breakfast. I can happily eat an omelet for lunch and pancakes with bacon for dinner.

Por si aún no lo sabias tengo una obsesión con el brunch. Mi comida favorita del día es el desayuno. Felizmente podría comer revoltillo para almuerzo y pancakes con bacón para cena.

Just the thought of eating a delicious brunch as I sip on mimosas gives me a foodgasm. Now, just imagine adding the touch of Puerto Rican flavor to brunch. Yes, a brunch complete with all of Puerto Rico’s most delicious flavors….. It’s heaven on earth. You’re probably thinking I’m exaggerating but I’m not. Such a place does exist.

Solo pensar en comer un brunch sabroso mientras tomo una mimosa me da escalofríos. Ahora, imagínate añadirle el toque del sabor puertorriqueño al brunch. Si, un brunch completo con todos los sabores deliciosos de Puerto Rico. Pensaras que exagero pero si existe tal lugar.

Recently a few friends and I went on a road trip to Hatillo, Puerto Rico where Borikuas Brunch & Bistro offered an influencer’s event to celebrate their preopening. Borikuas is full of flavorful enjoyment. Their exquisite and varied menu presents a grand variety of delicious treats which include coconut (coquito) french toast, sweet plantains wrapped in bacon, sausage hamburgers and more. The space is very comfortable and you’ll find many highlights celebrating Puerto Rican culture. The walls all phrased with many famous Puerto Rican quotes giving you a deeper sense of the islands culture.

Recientemente varias amistades y yo dimos una gira para el pueblo de Hatillo, Puerto Rico en donde ofrecieron una apertura exclusiva para influencers. En Borikuas disfrutaras de exquisitos sabores. El variado menú presenta muchas delicias que incluyen tostadas francesas de coquito, amarillos arropadas en bacón, hamburguesas de chorizo y mucho más. El espacio es muy cómodo y encontraras muchos detalles que resaltan la cultura puertorriqueña como nuestras frases más famosas.

Oceans 8: A Celebration Of Women Empowerment

When women support each other, incredible things happen. There’s no doubt that when women unite forces they can accomplish anything even commit the perfect heist like in the newly released film Oceans 8.

Ocean’s 8 which has been officially released presents an A-list female cast starring Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchette, Rihanne, Anne Hathaway,Sarah Paulson, Helena Bonham and Awkwafina.

In the film, Debbie Ocean (Sandra Bullock) has had half a decade to plan the perfect heist. When she’s officially released from jail she recruits a group of specialized ladies to help her complete the mission. The task is to steal the Toussaint, a $150 million diamond necklace from Cartier that will hang from the neck of Daphne Kluger (Anne Hathaway) at the Met Gala. The Met Gala is celebrated every year in May at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art. This event reunites the most famous celebrities and has high-grade security. Debbie Ocean and her team of women will perfectly execute an epic crime without a consequence.

Thanks to Warner Brothers I had the chance to enjoy the film during a VIP Premiere. Warner even sponsored the outfit I choose to where for the event, a gorgeous black and white dress from Ale Boutique. I also wore red lipstick for an extra touch of glam and color.

I can’t even explain how much I loved this film. It has everything from humor, fashion to women empowerment. This film proved one great reality, that when women unite to accomplish a mission they are successful, precise and make NO mistakes. If men were involved in a similar situation there would be deaths, violence, so many ridiculous mistakes to solve and they’d eventually need a woman’s help to clean up their mess. We women think about every detail and solve it successfully. Ocean’s 8 is proof of how powerful women are especially when they team up.

I highly recommend this film which is officially screening in all theaters.

One on One with Nacho/ Uno a Uno Con Nacho

Venezuelan singer Nacho recently visited Puerto Rico to promote his career as a solo artista y his new songs. Currently the remix of “No Te Vas” with Puerto Rican singers Wisin & Noriel is a total hit. Nacho is best known for integration in the duo “Chino y Nacho” but in 2017 each went their separate ways to pursue careers as soloist.

Nacho, el cantante Venezolana recientemente estuvo de visita en Puerto Rico para promover su carrera como solista y sus nuevos temas. Actualmente el remix de tu tema “No Te Vas” con los boricuas Wisin y Noriel es una mega hit. Nacho es mejor conocido por su integración en el dúo “Chino y Nacho” pero desde el 2017 se dividieron para comenzar sus carreras como solistas.

Deadpool 2 Review

If you still have seen Deadpool 2 portrayed by Ryan Reynolds I honestly don’t know what’s wrong with you. I waited to launch this review to make sure I didn’t destroy anyone’s life with spoilers. Honesty the second installment of Deadpool is absolutely epic.

Si aún no has visto la película Deadpool 2 protagonizada por el actor Ryan Reynolds honestamente no sé qué te pasa. Espere bastante tiempo para lanzar mi reseña para no destruirle la vida a nadie con algún spoiler. Honestamente la segunda instalación de Deadpool es absolutamente épica.

Deadpool is such a hilarious wisecrack. I’d definitely date him if he weren’t a fictional superhero. Wade Wilson has his own rules for everything including crime fighting. Though Deadpool may be fierce and violent his heart is full of passionate love for his fiancé. This strong love is the center of the film as Deadpool is faced with a tragic loss. Throughout the film Deapool tries to save a mutant boy Russell as he trys to find a new purpose for his life.

Deadpool es un personaje burlón con gran sentido de humor. Si el no fuera un superhéroe ficticio saldría con él en una cita. Wade Wilson tiene sus propias reglas en la vida hasta para batallar el crimen. Aunque él sea violento su corazón está lleno de amor por su prometida. Este amor es el centro de la película cuando Deadpool enfrenta una gran pérdida. Durante la película Deadpool intenta salvar un joven llamado Russell mientras trata de encontrarle un nuevo propósito a su vida.

This film is incredibly entertaining and hilarious. Ahhhh and I can’t forget to mention how hysterically funny the 2 ending credits are. So, if you haven’t seen the movie yet get your ass to the theater because Deadpool 2 has been out since May 15^th. I’ve seen it twice.

Esta peli es increíblemente entretenida y cómica. Ahhhh y no puede dejar de mencionar los créditos finales y te harán reventar de la risa. Si aún no has visto Deadpool corre al cine porque la película estreno el pasado 15 de mayo. Ya la he visto dos veces.

Skinny Jeans Obsession

Skinny jeans are my best friend. They’ve been with me through everything from amazing romantic dates, horrible “I need to get out the hell out of here” dates, epic and memorable events and even embarrassing moments. Skinny jeans are a staple that we’ve all worn for most of our lives and they’ll never ever go out of style.

Los mahonés skinny son mi mejor amiga. Han estado conmigo en todo momento desde citas románticas, citas horrorosas, eventos memorables e épicos y hasta momentos vergonzosos. Los mahonés skinny son una tendencia que hemos utilizado por la mayor parte de nuestra vida y jamás se irán de moda.

Now onto details about my look; If there’s anything I love more than skinny jeans are high waisted skinny jeans which give a gorgeous upgrade to a simple silhouette. To create a feminine casual-yet-dressy attire I simply wore a lace white bodysuit and rose-gold kitten heel stilettos.

Ahora nos vamos a los detalles del atuendo que les quiero presentar; Si hay algo que amo más que los mahonés skinny son los mahonés skinny de cintura alta los cuales te dan una hermosa silueta. Para creer un atuendo femenino, casual con un toque de elegancia lucí un bodysuit de encaje blanco y unos zapatos metálicos de oro rosado.

I honestly own so many pairs of skinny jeans. Besides being comfy you can dress them up or opt for a more casual look. They are so easy wear and versatile. How do you like to style your skinny jeans?
