Chicas, let’s talk about date night! I’m such a girly girl and hopeless romantic, so you can imagine how much I love getting dressed for date night with my beau. Lately, date nights have been almost impossible with our busy schedules so when we spend time together we make the most of it. When it comes to dates I have a specific list of must-have essentials that will make me look my optimum best.

For dates, I like to get a little risky so after I’ve got my makeup, hair and outfit ready my choice in accessories are my next step. I love to work in a few statement accessories for an ultra sexy yet sophisticated date night look. A sparkly necklace and bold envelope bag are perfect to give any look a daring flare.

Floral Print & Flawless Makeup in Miami

I’m writing today’s post from Miami. I have to say that my experience at Hispanicize has been amazing. It’s incredible to be surrounded by so many talented Hispanic digital creators.

The weather in Miami has been amazing which has permitted me to where to cutest outfits. This lovely dress covered in flower print is from Valija. This dress is so feminine and cute. I paired it with denim sandals, the perfect complement for the dresses print. Valija has always been one of my favorite Puerto Rican Brands. My sleeping schedule has been crazy and the dark circles under my eyes are more than present. What’s In My Travel Bag

Yay! I have officially arrived in Miami for my participation in Hispanicize 2016. I traveled on a early bird flight (Departed Puerto Rico at 5:45AM) which I totally regret because I’ve had ZERO sleep.
When it comes to traveling, I like to keep my travel bag fully stocked with important essentials that will make my flight a bit more comfortable and pleasant. We Are Going To Miami!

It’s been years since I’ve visited Miami and I couldn’t be any more excited that this time my visit has a great purpose. This year I have the amazing opportunity to be part of Hispanicize 2016.

I will be joined by the best influencers and bloggers in Puerto Rico where together we will present the panel “Keeping Up With the Boricuas”. During this panel José Sánchez of Piccolomondo, Lezeidaris Morales of Ser Madre, Wilton Vargas of Tecnético, José Hernández Falcon, founder of Puerto Rico BloggerCon and I will offer details about social media and influencer marketing in Puerto Rico.

Hispanicize is the largest annual event for Latino trendsetters and newsmakers in digital content creation, journalism, marketing, entertainment and tech entrepreneurship. The event will take place in downtown Miami’s InterContinental hotel, April 4-8, 2016.

To make matter even more exciting both Jose Sanchez and I were selected as finalist for the Tecla Awards.

Piccolo Mondo is finalist in two categories, “Kids and Family” y “Best Sponsored Video”. While I have the inmense honor to be finalist in the “Fashion Creator” category. The Tecla Awards are the most prestigious national honor highlighting the achievements of top Latino and multicultural content creators. From Beauty and Food Creators to Comedians and Live Video Broadcasters the 2016 Tecla Awards feature more than 100 finalists in 28 categories that represent an explosion of talent from across the U.S. Hispanic community. Passion, dedication and persistence have been the key to every accomplish conquered through Lovely Chicas. From the moment I launched my blog my main goal was to inspire women to be themselves and love every part of who they are. Batman v Superman Fashion Face-Off & Movie Tickets Giveaway

As much as I love fashion I have always loved superheroes. To be completely honest, I was that kind of girl who played with makeup but also collected comic books. While many girls dreamed about Prince Charming I fantasized about marrying Superman.

This week is very special because on Thursday the most anticipated movie of all time Batman v Superman: The Dawn of Justice makes its grand premiere. Zack Snyder’s epic superhero movie with Warner Bros. presents the greatest battle between the Dark Knight and The Man of Steel. We will all finally get a major dose of our favorite iconic and legendary superheroes Batman (Ben Affleck) and Superman (Henry Cavill) together on one movie screen. Now the most important question of all is……. What are you going to wear to celebrate the greatest battle in history? Whether you’re team Batman or team Superman I’ve got you covered with two outfit ideas.

Batman is a dark and edgy vigilante. His secret identity is billionaire Bruce Wayne. Unlike most superheroes Batman does not possess any superpowers. He makes use of his intelligence, wealth, martial arts and physical skills to fight crime. My Batman inspired looked had to represent him in every way therefore I opted to create a sophisticated ensemble. T-shirts happen to be very versatile and with some creative styling a simple shirt can be transformed into a feminine and glamorous look. I glammed up my Batman t-shirt with a black tulle skirt, a statement necklace and elegant suede sandals.

For an even edgier look I gave my nails a black French manicure with the Bettina nail polishes in the shades Onyx and high gloss. So, excuse me as I fight crime stylishly with this outfit.

Now, Superman is the most powerful and good-looking being on the planet. He’s originally an alien from Krypton named Kal-E but he was raised by a human family on a farm. His human identity is Clark Kent and he works as a reporter for the Daily Planet. Superman makes use of his incredible strength, speed, flight and other powers to fight evil. For Superman’s inspired outfit look I traditionally maintained the casual jeans and t-shirt vibe in honor of his farmer boy upbringing. To make the outfit a bit more chic I added dazzling accessories and red pumps.

Adding some personality to my style I wore the Bettina Sheer Glossstick in the shade Tangerine for a bold touch to my lips. With this complete look I’m casually ready to save the world.
