Sephora is a heavenly paradise for a beauty lovers and I was recently invited to the launching of the new Sephora Collection to meet the their top makeup artist directly from the United States. Joined by three other bloggers; Colorful Disaster, Kokoloom & Charlotte Bella Fab, we all had a total VIP treatment. Not only did we get to see all of the new products but we also got to try them out. Sephora Collection has a complete variety from beauty products to cosmetics. I learned so much about Sephora’s history, products and system.

Sephora has an excellent team of knowledgeable consultants and makeup artist. Sephoras top makeup artist gave us the complete diva treatment and makeover. We learned tons of beauty tip and how to precisely use the products. Sephoras environment is very shopper friendly, making it easier for clients to find the products that are perfect for them through their interactive technology programs, Pantone Color IQ, fragrance IQ and expert services. Sephora also offers a Beauty Insider Program where absolutely everything you buy becomes points which than convert into gifts. There is even a mobile app where you can access Sephora on the go.

Jonathan Z in Puerto Rico

Jonathan Z, the international women’s clothing brand has officially arrived in Puerto Rico, opening its first store at Plaza del Sol, Bayamon. Lovely Chicas was present at the opening ceremony which was held on February 19th. Nicole Chacon was the host of the night; she presented the variety of styles available at Jonathan Z through a fashion show that was displayed. Adding onto the fabulous fashion I also enjoyed a great cocktail and music. I have to admit that I couldn’t contain my urge and did a bit of shopping. En celebración de su apertura estuve presente en la gran ceremonia que se llevo a cabo el martes, 17 de febrero 2015. La anfitriona de este espectacular evento fue la bella boricua Nicole Chacón quien presento la variedad de estilos disponible en Jonathan Z por medio de un desfile. Pude apreciar todas las espectaculares tendencias con un delicioso coctel y música en vivo. Tengo que admitir que no pude contenerme en hacer un poco de compras. Spring Vibes-Gatsby Girl

I’m a total boho-chic. This bohemian look is very casual, laid back and fun. Denim shorts are a very important piece in your closet when you live in the Caribbean. This look features high waisted shorts. I think high waisted denim shorts look best with a loose breezy top semi-tucked in. Holding on to comfort, for shoes I wore these super cute thong sandals. Onto jewelry, isn’t this 3 finger ring amazing! It’s a fabulous statement ring. I love all these pieces combined together! They make a jaw dropping ensemble, perfect for a warm spring day.

Spring Flowers

Spring fashion 2015 combines an array of bright colors and floral patterns. Thanks to innovative designers every chica has endless possibilities to embellish the streets with super fabulous tendencies. So I’m going to share a few beautiful designs I recently wore.

It’s impossible not to fall in love with this exquisite attire in flower print patterns. I absolutely adore this two-piece ensemble from Pia Colors new spring collection Rose Garden. With Pia Colors Puerto Rican designer Ruth Betancourt creates unique and modern pieces. One of the collections major trademarks is the mixture of colorful prints. For jewelry I wore exclusive designs from Coraggio by Puerto Rican designer Alianie Santos. “Coraggio” means courage and these heart bracelets not only make a huge statement but they’re also super cute. For the final touch sprinkling more color to the look I wore turquoise shoes.

I wore this look on Valentine’s Day. Since V-Day happened to fall on a Saturday my boyfriend Xavier and I decided to spend our day in Old San Juan and at Luis Muñoz Marin Park. We had a marvelous time strolling around. I love walking through the streets of San Juan; there is so much beauty to be taken in. With the warm weather we needed a chilly treat to cool off so we visited Señor Paleta who specializes in homemade popsicles. Xavier and I tried the strawberry and coconut popsicles, they were very yummy. Our night ended with a delicious romantic dinner at “The View” in Comfort Inn & Suites. My Valentine’s Day was absolutely perfect. What did you do on Valentine’s Day?

Colorful Romper

As the season changes the winter chill slowly begins to fade. It may not technically be spring yet but in Puerto Rico it feels like it. Here we have the pleasure of enjoying beautiful weather just about all year long. If there is one thing I look forward to in the fashion scene this blooming season are rompers. I picked up this colorful romper at Eboutike and knew it was perfect for my on the go life. Rompers are perfect for those days when you have no idea what to wear making your decision so much easier. By itself this romper is fabulous with its beautiful color combinations which include turquoise, yellow, pink and blue. In addition it has a lace knitted back. I fancied the romper up with some yellow heels and turquoise earrings but if you’re aiming for a more casual look you can also dress it down with a pair of sandals. This is an excellent spring look.

For Love & For Blogs @ Chic Boutique

Wherever the presence of fashion may be you can be sure to find the presence of bloggers to capture all of the stylish moments. That being said, I could no miss my invitation for the event “For Love & For Blogs”. Francés Duprey owner of Chic Boutique hosted this exclusive event especially organized for bloggers where we had an exclusive look at these seasons’ newest trends. From casual to red carpet worthy attire dazzled on the runway. As each blogger was blown away with fashion they also enjoyed delicious treats which included appetizers and cupcakes. The night came to its end as we all received a special gift from Frances which brightened our life even more. It was a pleasure to be a part of the girls present. I had a remarkable time.

Desde moda casual hasta moda digna de una alfombra roja deslumbraron en pasarela. Las blogueras presente pudimos disfrutar de deliciosos entremeses y cupcakes. La noche finalizo con broche de oro cuando cada chica salto de alegría al recibir un obsequio especial de parte de Francés. Fue un placer formar parte de las chicas presente y disfruté al máximo.
