Sunflower Paradise
Over the weekend my boyfriend and I went on a road trip towards Guanica, PR. Our mission was to visit a magical spot where sunflowers bloomed radiantly. The two hour drive seemed very short as we admired the beautiful views surrounding us. I love sunflowers so you can imagine my delight when we arrived at our destination, a beautiful sunflower field named “Finca el girasol”. It was a magical sight to be surrounded by countless sunflowers. We captured the breathtaking memories of this paradise in photos so you can enjoy. Visit “Finca el Girasol” so you can experience the beauty of nature. It’s definitely a memorable experience.
Onto fashion, for this trip my attire was very comfy and bohemian. I wore a lovely crochet and lace detailed blouse from Eboutike with skinny jeans and booties. For accessories I added a chic sunflower headband. In all, this entire look was perfect for a stroll through beautiful sunflowers.

In Full Swing…..
Lately I’ve found myself to be pretty busy. With meetings, events and other blog stuff I’m even busier on weekends than on weekdays but I’m having so much fun. So, when I’m running errands I like to wear casual attire especially because I don’t want to spend much time getting ready. I’ve totally been channeling my inner sporty chic. My go to fashion items for casual days are a trendy t-shirts and jeans. Of course I added a sprinkle of me to this look with the leopard print booties and Qüero “Golden Rush” cross-body bag. I love how the sequined t-shirt, ripped jeans, purse and leopard print booties all paired together. This chic and casual look was very appropriate for a long busy day.
What would you wear to fashionably run errands?

Bohemian Love
People seem to embrace bohemian style and it happens to be one of my favorite trends. This style is especially perfect for summer weather or if you live on an island like me where it’s hot all year long. Boho style is not only unique and chic, but it makes a statement of being free spirited.
This bohemian styled look is part of Zulieka Rivera’s new collection available at Kress Stores in Puerto Rico. Each piece is unique and can be styled in many ways. The pants are lightweight and breathable, perfect for every woman because they fit comfortably around your waist and let you move in style. These pants look good paired with any style top whether it’s a tank top or a white flowy blouse. This blouse is also part of the collection and I especially like the pearl details it has. To finish off the look I added comfy and stylish wedges for shoes which gave me a bit of height (I’m a petite gal).
Styling this look was very effortless; it’s comfortable, trendy and economical all at the same time. This look is a must have this season.

Essentials To Begin A New Year
Every New Years Eve we make a list of resolutions to accomplish in the New Year. All of these goals and dreams keep us motivated but we actually have to make plans to construct a successful year. When you have goals set for yourself you have to start working on them right away. To keep your resolutions strong, you have to really want it. Channel all your energy into becoming who you want to be. Better yourself. If there is one thing I’ve learned in life it’s that you have to make things happen. All good things come from taking on challenges, overcoming the obstacles and seeking out opportunities. Take risk and get out of your comfort zone. Accomplish your resolutions this year, no matter what they are, be positive and do it!
I’m going to work extra hard to accomplish all of my goals and resolutions. That’s why I began this year with the right essentials to help me keep organized and focused.
- Agenda/Planner– Let’s face it, my brain does not have the potential to remember everything. With so many things going on something is bound to be forgotten. That’s why keeping an agenda is very important. Agendas help keep you up to date with meetings, bill payments, remembering birthdays, to do lists or strategically organizing your life. Honestly I’ve become very forgetful so having an agenda helps me be orderly and productive. I’m a leopard print gal so this 2015 planner is so me.
- Q & A five year Journal– Life is full of changes and experiences, there is nothing better than to write those memories or thoughts down. I love going back and reading my old journal. Just remembering past things shows how I’ve grown and its really enlightening. Q & A a day journal makes that easier….It basically has a question to answer a day everyday for a year than you start again the next year for a complete five years. It’s a fun and quick way to keep track of all the interesting things going on in your life and to look back upon.
- What to Wear Pad– As a fashion lover and blogger this is seriously one of the best things I can own. Putting an outfit together as never been easier! This life saving note pad is perfect for fashionable ladies like me. It’s my paper personal stylist and allows me to put together chic looks.
- Sand Tropaz Essie Polish –I wore this nail polish all through December 14’ and I’ll be wearing through 2015. With this neutral nail tone I’ve found perfection that looks great with everything!
- Lancôme La Vie est Belle (Life is Beautiful)– This is officially my new signature scent. It’s probably one of the best perfumes I’ve ever owned and trust me I have many. The sweet and floral mixture is amazing. At times I have to stop myself from obsessively smelling my wrists. I swear the ingredients of classy, sweet, sophisticated and sensual are part of this fragrances mixture. Saying I love La Vie est Belle is a major understatement.
