Back in high school I had an amazing teacher who always said, “Make the best of your young life because once you’re an adult you’ll desire to be a teenager again”. Wow, he was totally right. I would give anything to be in high school again. I was a very shy girl and if I could go back I would take more chances and be a bit more daring.

Funny thing is I always remembered having so much pressure on finding the perfect first day of school outfit. Planning my first day of school outfit is a tradition that has stuck with me even into college life. Shopping for school outfits was so much fun. I always had my first 2 weeks of outfits ready way before classes began.So, school’s back in session and I wanted to help you chica’s by sharing a simple casual chic look you can rock to make a major style statement this year.

When I walked in the Lola store I simply couldn’t resist getting this fabulous grey cut out sweater it’s just absolutely gorgeous and cozy it combine perfectly with these black leggings. I love leggings! To finish the look I added beige lug cutout booties which give my outfit a bit of an edge with a touch of cuteness. Versatility is important to me and this particular pair of booties looks great with just about anything, from skinny jeans to skater skirts. Adding a bit more drama to the look, I opted to wear a statement necklace with this casual outfit.

By keeeping your coffee in hand and rocking fashionista looks you’re ready to conquer the world or maybe just school. Hope you ace all of your classes. I want to see lot’s of A+. Good luck lovely chicas and have a great school year!

White Jeans & Snake Print Sensation

A good-fitting pair of white jeans is not easy to find. Fit is everything, when you find a pair of white jeans that fits you perfectly hold onto them no matter what the brand may be. I love the way this pair of jeans fits me and most of all they give me great comfort. The ways to combine a pair of white jeans are endless so I can assure you that these babies are going to be making a couple of appearances on my blog. Giving the white jeans a bit of contrast I felt inspired to wear a bright yellow neon t-shirt. Another key is to add trendy accessories in the same cognac tone like pearl and neon bracelets, clutch bag, colorful earrings and strappy sandals.

A true fashionista is always daring. Are you willing to slither wildly with the snakes, not literally but rhetorically for example by wearing snake-print accessories which is an opportunity to be bold. I’ve been looking for a pair of snake print sandals for the longest time. When I would come across some they were either not my style or just over to top expensive. So, when I found these sandals it was a total win because they are super gorgeous and were super budget friendly costing only $24. They can be paired with just about anything from a cocktail dress to jeans. When it comes to comfort these are actually one of my most comfortable pair of heels.

This outfit can appropriately be classified as a chic modern style. A youthful look any women can pull off. It’s a great outfit that anyone can quickly pull together to look polished and casual.

Little Bits of Girly Bliss

I have to admit it’s the little things in life that make my day. For this reason here’s a little glimpse of a few lovely things I’ve been crushing on. First of all snake print is one of my current obsessions so my BF gifted me these gorgeous XOXO sandals. They are completely perfect for a chic casual day. If you’re a frequent reader of my blog you already know that Vera Wang’s “Pink Princess” is my must-have fragrance this summer.

Nothing makes a day perfect like wearing trendy and classic accessories that is to say fabulous earrings are a girl’s best friend. Lately I’ve been all about carrying minimal baggage in simpler terms smaller purses with less stuff inside. My Coach card case ID mini wallet has really helped me keep my purse weight very light. Importantly you can’t start your day without the right lip love so Revlon saves my life with “Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain” in the shade Rendezvous. So lovely chica’s what can I say, it’s definitely the little things that make all the difference.

Tengo que admitir que las cosas pequeñas en la vida hacen mi día. Por tal razón aquí les dejo un pequeño destello de varias cosas que me tienen enamorada. Primeramente el estampado de culebra es uno de mis más recientes obsesiones y por tal motivo mi novio me regalo estas preciosas sandalias de XOXO. Son excelentes para un día chic y casual. Si eres lectora frecuente de mi blog deberías ya saber que la fragancia “Pink Princess Vera Wang” es mi must-have del verano.

Nada hace un día perfecto como poder lucir accesorios bellos y clásicos eso es decir un par de pantallas fabulosas son la mejor amiga cualquier chica. Últimamente he estado cargando peso mínimo en términos más sencillo carteras pequeñas con menos artículos adentro. Mi wallet de identificaciones por Coach me ha ayudado en mantener el peso de mi cartera muy leve. No puedes empezar tu día sin darle amor a tus labios por eso Revlon me salva la vida con “Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain” en el color Rendezvous. Que les puedo decir chicas, definitivamente las cosas pequeñas hacen una gran diferencia.

Tropical Floral Paradise

Blooms continue to flourish on clothing. Floral print is always in style. I fell in love with this lovely dress covered in flower blossoms with a topical flavor and bright colors. I combined my dress with gorgeous yellow pumps.

One of the hottest trends for this season has been bold splashes of color by wearing fabulous yellow footwear. I’ve had a pair of bright yellow pumps on my wish list for a while now but was waiting for the perfect heels and then I found these lace-up gladiator stilettos. My BF actually had a pretty hilarious comment about shoes which I had to share, “Wow those shoes are amazing it’s like you’re wearing a yellow Ferrari or Lamborghini”!

To balance out the two bold styles of floral print and bright yellow pumps I wore minimal jewelry with pearl earings and rose gold accessories. The perfect perfume to go along with my floral outfit was “Pink Princess by Vera Wang” which gives me a touch of floral sweetness.

Wearing this bright tropical look made me feel fresh, young and carefree.

Las flores continúan floreciendo en los distintos atuendos. El estampado floral siempre ha estado a la moda. Yo me enamore de este hermoso vestido cubierto en flores con un sabor tropical y colores brillantes. Combine mi vestido con unos zapatos amarillos.

Uno de las tendencias más calientes de esta temporada ha sido lucir toques de color con calzado amarillo. He estado deseando un par de zapatos amarillos por un buen tiempo pero quise esperar por unos tacones perfectos lo cual conseguí con estas sandalias de Gladiador. Mi novio hizo un comentario muy chistoso sobre estos zapatos el cual tengo que compartir, “Eaah esos zapatos están increíbles es como si estuvieras puesto un Ferrari o Lamborghini amarillo”!

Para balancear mi atuendo de dos estilos brillantes con estampando floral y calzado amarillo decidí lucir pocas prendas con pantallas de perlas y accesorios de oro rosado . El perfume perfecto para culminar mi look floral lo fue “Pink Princess by Vera Wang” el cual me da un toque de aroma dulce y floral.

Lucir este vestuario tropical me hizo sentir muy fresca, joven y libre.

Mini Golf Date

Mini golf makes for an amazing daytime date it’s very fun and relaxing. Never leaving fashion behind this is the perfect opportunity to look cute while being casual. I stayed comfy in denim shorts with a chic lace blouse and threw on a pair of adorable flat sandals. It’s best to opt for a cross-body bag keeping hands-free in order to kick your dates butt on the course. My accessories were simple and minimal because it’s important to avoid feeling uncomfortable. I have no idea if my cute outfit was a distraction or if I’m a pro but I definitely won the game against my boyfriend.

Jugar “minigolf” o golf miniatura con tu pareja es una increíble cita, es muy divertido y relajante. Nunca dejando atrás la moda porque esta es la oportunidad perfecta para lucir bella y casual. Mantuve mi comodidad utilizando unos mahonés cortos, una blusa fresca y un par de adorables sandalias planas. Es mejor optar por un bolso “crossbody” manteniendo tus manos libres para patear el trasero de tu compañero en el juego. Mis accesorios eran simples y mínimos es importante evitar sentirse incómoda. No tengo idea si me atuendo chic era una distracción o si soy profesional pero definitivamente gane el juego en contra de mi novio.
