December 31st is quickly approximating and I was thinking about what I’ll be wearing to celebrate. This week I’ll be sharing two looks that can be worn on New Year’s Eve. This first look is all about comfort and elegance. These loose fitting royal blue pants and black long sleeve blouse are perfect to ring in the New Year feeling completely comfortable and chic with a touch of glam. To add the finishing touch I paired suede pumps to the outfit.

Merry Christmas!

I want to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Merry Christmas. May this day be full of abundant happiness, joy and blessings. I may sound like a record on repeat but I love the holidays. Little miss me can’t get enough of Christmas music, drinking white peppermint mocha, building gingerbread houses, decorating the tree, making Christmas cards, wrapping and unwrapping presents. Another thing I really enjoy about Christmas is the parties and family gatherings.

Maxi Kind of Day

I love a good printed maxi but finding the right dress can be a bit hard. Honestly, most of the ones I’ve seen look very cheap but I finally got lucky. This particular maxi is very comfortable, super chic and easy to style. Besides its easy flow and stylish comfort, it’s very versatile. The entire look can be changed just by altering the accessories. If you’re going for a more casual boho look, flat sandals will best suite you. For a more glamorous look; adding heels, a statement necklace and fashionable wristlet take you from boho casual to classic beauty. Twirling Dress

Black dresses are appropriate for any occasion. You can never have too many LBD in your closet. I have defined this beautiful dress as the “twirling dress”. Even though I may have seemed like a crazy lady I did a lot of twirling in this dress. Seriously, can you blame me? This dress is effortlessly sexy. Your probably wondering where it’s from, well this beauty is one more fab item from Zuelyka’s 2015 collection available at Kress.

For accessories I played around with the volumes of colors simply by adding a fringed white and black statement Qüero clutch and hot red ankle boots. The red, white and black color combo is a hot trend right now. Combing red with black and white brightens up the look.

Onto another exciting note, I’m very thrilled with my new hair look. Ombre is currently one of the hottest hair color trends. The variety of this trend can be seen in many magazines, runways and on celebrities. My hair now transitions from dark brown to a soft caramel tone. Little Burgandy Dress

Today I’m sharing an adorable little number by “Zuleyka for Kress” another piece of Zuleyka Rivera’s 2015 collection. I’m a dress-aholic during the holiday season. I love wearing a range of styles and this cute burgundy dress has me obsessed. That lacey crochet detailed neckline makes this dress very sophisticated and girly. I added a skinny belt to help accentuate my waist which provided a sexier silhouette.

Now for shoes, because animal print is a huge staple and since I was going for a very feminine vibe I decided to add leopard print heels. To me, leopard is a neutral and these pumps paired perfectly with this dress adding more elegance to the look. This is certainly a very lovely holiday attire.

Finding the Perfect Jeans

As a petite women it can be very difficult for me to find jeans that fit well and are fashionable. So, when you come across jeans that seem like they were made just for you, it’s VERY exciting.
