Galeria recently hosted “Fashion Bash” a marvelous event complete with music, food, fashion and lots of shoes! Besides all the diversion, a fab fashion show wowed us all. Exclusive designs by Jean Cintrón were presented accompanied by Lizet Miró jewelry, shoes from Galeria and heels condoms by designer Sandrysabel Ortiz all of which were modeled by the lovely girls from G Models. Fran Estrada fashion blogger of The Pecking Order styled this fashion extravaganza. This event couldn’t be complete without the attendance of Puerto Rico’s fashion bloggers including Mabell Damirón a beautiful Dominican fashionista (mabelldamiron.com). Maybelline was also present providing beauty tips and makeovers. I definitely had a great time partying and chatting with the designers and fellow bloggers. Plaid has been popping up everywhere in the fashion world, it’s definitely all the rage this fall. Plaid is a mixture of classic vintage and 90’s grunge. It can be styled in endless ways but I opted for an effortless cool street chic vibe by tucking my shirt into high waisted skinny jeans. The simple yet chic black pumps polish up the look. Hurray! November has arrived which means the holiday season has officially begun. Though we should be thankful for our blessings all year round the month of November especially represents gratefulness. November also lays out a red carpet for the Christmas festivities to make their triumph entrance. I don’t know about you, but I’m already in the holiday spirit.
During this season stylish comfort is a major plus and need in my attire. You have to look fashionable and feel comfortable while accomplishing Christmas shopping and attending family gatherings. This outfit is so comfortable and beyond perfect for fall. I’m extremely happy with this sweater tunic dress. It’s very comfy and easy to wear. I’ll definitely be wearing it again and again. Not to mention pairing this dress with wedges makes the look trendier.
Besides Christmas shopping this month I’m going to drink lots of pumpkin spice lattes, watch holiday movies, eat tons of sweet potatoes, listen to Christmas music and bake pumpkin pies. Watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parades is also something I’ll be enjoying; it’s been a ritual since my childhood.

Por fin llego noviembre lo que significa el comienzo de las fiestas navideñas.Aunque debe ser ocasión para expresar gratitud por todas las bendiciones recibidas durante el año, pues el mes de noviembre representa la gratitud. Casualmente el mes de noviembre extiende una alfombra roja dándole la entrada triunfar a la Navidad. No se ustedespero dentro de mí siento el espíritu Navideño.
Durante esta temporada la comodidad y estilo son muy necesarios en mis atuendos. Tienes que lucir a la moda y sentirte cómoda mientras realizas tus compras navideñas y asistes reuniones o fiestas familiares. Este atuendo es muy cómodo y perfecto para el otoño. Estoy muy contenta con este vestido. Es cómodo y fácil de lucir. Definitivamente lo estaré utilizando en muchas ocasiones. Vestir este traje con unas plataformas lo convirtió en un look más chic.
Además de realizar compras navideñas, este mes beberé muchos lattes de calabaza, veré películas navideñas, escuchare mucha plena, comeré batata dulce y horneare tartas de calabaza. También disfrutare de la Parada de Acción de Gracias, verla ha sido un ritual desde mi niñez.

Honestly, when it comes to fashion I have a split personality. On some days I favor girly pieces like lace, dresses, sparkle and skirts but on other days I prefer comfort and simplicity. My jean loving side is having its way with me lately. Boyfriend jeans are definitely one of those trends I never thought I could pull off because of being thin and petite. As soon as I tried them on, I fell completely in love. Possibly the best thing about boyfriend jeans may be their amazing comfort.
I adore the dark and rich fall colors but I can’t keep away from pastels. I mostly love pink pastels because they’re cheerful and uplifting colors. Obviously pairing a pretty pink fitted sweater, boyfriend jeans and dressy heels creates a totally feminine and stylish look. I’m usually more of a statement necklace kind of gal but these stunning statement earrings captured my eyes. I can’t forget to mention that currently I have been using Christian Dior’s “Diorskin Forever Compact”, I love its long lasting coverage. Plus I have oily skin and its matte finish is perfect for me. It’s definitely my new favorite beauty product.
This week has been so amazing. In addition to the beautiful tropical Puerto Rican weather my boyfriend and I got to spend some time at Comfort Inn & Suites,Levittown’s poolside where we enjoyed delicious piña coladas and took a few blog pictures.
