Chica’s are you tired of receiving clothes or cooking appliances for Christmas? Boys are you tired of getting socks and underwear’s for the holidays? Here’s some advice…make a Christmas wish list! List at least 5 items you want to receive for Christmas. List the things in the order in which you mostly want them, the number one item being the one you really want. This is a sure way in which you can avoid being disappointed on Christmas morning.

¿Chicas están cansadas de recibir ropa o enseres de cocinar para Navidad? Chicos están cansados de recibir medias y calzoncillos para las fiestas navideñas. Te voy a dar un consejo….haz una lista de los regalos que más quieras! Escribe al menos 5 artículos que deseas recibir en esta Navidad. Pon los en orden empezando con el que más deseas en el lugar número uno. Esto es una forma segura de no estar decepcionada/o en la mañana de Navidad.

Unfortunately stress has become a big part of our lives. Stress and anxiety can be caused by many factors like too much work, conflict in the family, debt or economic problems, extreme changes, not having enough time for things and even an unhealthy lifestyle. We all have to deal with stress but it is very important not to let it control our life.
Tips to reduce stress: Aromatherapy: Lavender, jasmine, frankincense, myrrh, chamomile and orange scents are used for relaxation. Light a candle, spray a lavender air freshener and take a relaxing warm bath with jasmine oil essential. Rest and Relax: Take time to rest and relax. Be sure the rest after a long stressful day at work. It’s very important to take nap every day for at least 20 minutes. Exercise: Studies show exercise is a perfect way to reduce stress. Keep a diary: Writing is a great way to relieve stress. Write your thoughts down in a journal, this will help you put those thoughts aside.
Como Manejar el Estrés Desafortunadamente el estrés se ha convertido en parte de nuestras vidas. Escribe tus pensamientos en una libreta esto te ayudara poner tus preocupaciones a un lado.

A coffee mug is perfect for your boss so they can enjoy their morning coffee. Let’s not forget the bath & body set’s which include shower gel and lotion among other things; Victoria’s Secret has a great sale on their body sprays and lotions. If you don’t have the time to run around all the stores in search of the perfect gifts, a gift card is also a great gift.
You can find the best gifts at really incredibly low prices at Marshalls, TJMax & Burlington. Your gifts don’t have to be expensive or extravagant. What truly matters is that your gifts come from the heart.

1. Put the powdered chocolate in a pan with the milk. Gently heat, stirring until all the chocolate has melted.
2. Add a tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract and 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract, continue heating and mixing until it is steaming, then remove from the heat.
3. Serve the hot chocolate in a mug, add the whip cream and sprinkle the cinnamon powder on the whip cream.
4. Insert the candy cane which is perfect to stir the hot chocolate -letting as much of the sweet peppermint dissolve will give it an even better taste.

For my birthday I received the perfect gift from someone very special to my heart, a gift in which I really wanted for a while; Taylor Swift’s “Wondersrtuck” Perfume. To start off I adore Taylor Swift especially her classy fashion so I was excited to know she had a signature fragrance. I’m very picky about celebrity perfumes they always seem to fail my expectations but Taylor didn’t fail me. This fragrance smells absolutely amazing not to mention the perfume bottle is adorable with gold charms and it has a rainbow glow to it. The perfume has such a sweet floral scent. It’s a very feminine and sophisticated fragrance. I’m definitely going to be using it all of the time. I can’t wait to try her second fragrance “Enchanted”.

Soy una gran fanática de perfumes. Tengo una enorme colección de varios perfumes incluyendo Cool Water, Dolce & Gabana Light Blue, Bora Bora, Pink by Lacoste, Dream Angels Heavenly de Victorias Secret, Vintage Soul, Curve y muchos mas.
Para mi cumpleaños recibe el perfecto regalo de alguien muy especial para mi, un regalito el cual quería hace tiempo, la Flagrancia de Taylor Swift “Wonderstruck”. Para empezar adoro a Taylor Swift especialmente su estilo clásico. Usualmente no me agradan los perfumes de los artistas porque suelen fallar mis expectativas pero Taylor no me fallo. Esta fragancia huele absolutamente increíble no cabe mencionar que la botellita de perfume es bella con “charms” en oro y tiene un brillo de arcoíris. El perfume tiene un olor dulce y floral. Es muy femenino y sofisticado. Definitivamente estaré utilizando este perfume todo el tiempo. Ya quiero adquirir su segunda fragancia “Enchanted”.
