What to Wear on Super Bowl Sunday 2013


Who isn’t exited for the super bowl on the 3rd of February. I know I’m super excited for super bowl Sunday! I truly enjoy every moment from the incredible commercials to the delicious BBQ wings I’m going to eat. This year Beyonce is in charge on the half time show and Alicia Keys is singing the national Anthem. The two divas are very powerful Lovely Chicas which proves that it’s going to be an amazing super bowl. Chicas, are you a little worried about what to wear? Don’t worry because I have a few ideas for you. It doesn’t matter which team your cheering, “Baltimore Ravens” or “San Francisco 49ers” I’ve got you covered for both. Secrets to Fight Oily Skin

A problem I’ve always had to deal with which has driven me very crazy is having really oily skin. I know a lot of you also face this problem so I want to share the secrets I follow that have helped me reduce the appearance of oil on my face. Follow these tips so you can get rid of the grease and dirt to improve your skins complexion.

• Wash your face two or three times a day. To prevent oily skin you need to keep your skin as clean as clean as possible. My favorite face washes are “Cetaphil daily facial cleanser” & “Origins Zero Oil Deep Pore Cleanser”.

• Use Oil Free Moisturizer and cosmetics.

• Use a mud, clay or aloe vera based face mask two or three times a week which is beneficial in controlling oily skin.

• Keep your skin hydrated by drinking at least eight glasses of water daily.

• Create your own fruit acid mask smashing a small amount of papaya and spreading it on you face. Leave it for at least 5 minutes, then rinse it off.

• Another great homemade treatment is rubbing half a potato on your face and leaving it for 10 minutes then rinse it off with warm water. You can do this once a week.

• Drinking a glass of fresh orange juice every morning improves and controls oily skin.

• Increase your intake of vegetables, fruits and whole grains.

• Reduce fats and oils in your diet.

• Supplement your diet with vitamins such as vitamins B, A, C and E. A multivitamin is perfect because it includes all of the vitamins you need.

• Rest well and exercise.

• Do not drink alcohol or smoke.

• Minimize your intake of chocolate and fried foods.

Chica’s are you tired of receiving clothes or cooking appliances for Christmas? Boys are you tired of getting socks and underwear’s for the holidays? Here’s some advice…make a Christmas wish list! List at least 5 items you want to receive for Christmas. List the things in the order in which you mostly want them, the number one item being the one you really want. This is a sure way in which you can avoid being disappointed on Christmas morning.

Lista de Deseos en Navidad

¿Chicas están cansadas de recibir ropa o enseres de cocinar para Navidad? Chicos están cansados de recibir medias y calzoncillos para las fiestas navideñas. Te voy a dar un consejo….haz una lista de los regalos que más quieras! Escribe al menos 5 artículos que deseas recibir en esta Navidad. Pon los en orden empezando con el que más deseas en el lugar número uno. Esto es una forma segura de no estar decepcionada/o en la mañana de Navidad.

How to Manage Stress

 

Unfortunately stress has become a big part of our lives. Stress and anxiety can be caused by many factors like too much work, conflict in the family, debt or economic problems, extreme changes, not having enough time for things and even an unhealthy lifestyle. We all have to deal with stress but it is very important not to  let it control our life.

Tips to reduce stress:
Aromatherapy: Lavender, jasmine, frankincense, myrrh, chamomile and orange scents are used for relaxation. Light a candle, spray a lavender air freshener and take a relaxing warm bath with jasmine oil essential.
Rest and Relax: Take time to rest and relax. Be sure the rest after a long stressful day at work. It’s very important to take nap every day for at least 20 minutes.
Exercise: Studies show exercise is a perfect way to reduce stress.
Keep a diary: Writing is a great way to relieve stress. Write your thoughts down in a journal, this will help you put those thoughts aside.

 

 

Como Manejar el Estrés
Desafortunadamente el estrés se ha convertido en parte de nuestras vidas. El estrés y la ansiedad pueden ser causados por muchos factores como por ejemplo; mucho trabajo, conflictos familiares, deudas o problemas económicos, cambios extremos, no tener tiempo suficiente para las cosas y hasta un estilo de vida poco saludable. Todos tenemos estrés pero es sumamente importante que no permitamos que controle nuestra vida.

Consejos para Reducir el Estrés
Aromaterapia: La lavanda, el jazmín, el incienso, la mirra, la camomila y la naranja son olores que se utilizan para la relajación. Prende una vela, rosea tu habitación con perfume de lavanda y date un baño relajante con aceite de jazmín.
Descansa y Relájate: Toma tiempo para descansar.  Asegura relajarte  luego de un día largo y estresante de trabajo. Es importante coger una siesta todos los días por mínimo 20 minutos.
Ejercicio: Estudios comprueban que hacer ejercicio es la forma perfecta de reducir estrés.
Mantén un diario: Escribir es una gran forma de disminuir el estrés. Escribe tus pensamientos en una libreta esto te ayudara poner tus preocupaciones a un lado.
