For a while I’ve felt as if I’ve been on a non-stop roller coaster ride. Tons of work, activities, meetings and not to mention personal circumstances have filled my schedule completely overwhelming me with stress and anxiety. Once in a while, it’s very important to take a break. So, I’ve been learning to relax and slow down. To accomplish this I have been becoming very friendly with coloring. To me coloring has always been relaxing. Funny fact, whenever my friend’s children were ever coloring or drawing I would join them to “pretend” I was helping when I was really trying to find piece of mind.

I’m very happy that now adult coloring books are being created proving a fact I already new, that coloring unwinds you from the stresses of everyday life. It’s so peaceful to step away from the computer or cell phone and focus on coloring inside the lines, which is a very relaxing experience. So, if you want to maintain mental sanity and reduce stress I highly recommend an adult coloring book for therapeutic relaxation.

Fashion Meets Music: What To Wear To a Music Festival

Much like fashion week music festivals have become a focal point for style and trends. This weekend on the 13^th & 14^th of February “We The Future” Festival lands in Puerto Rico. I’ll be attending the event and If you are as well I wanted to spare you the trouble of battling on what to wear by sharing a simple but chic festival outfit.

This look basically consists of a button up denim skirt. You can never go wrong with denim for festival wear. Denim skirts are very versatile. I preferred to pair it with a white tank top so that my gold accessories can be the center of attention. Opting for comfortable footwear flats are a great choice. I highly recommend you carry minimal baggage, therefore my option is to wear a small crossbody bag. The idea is to have fun and dance so feeling comfortable is very important.

What To Wear On Game Day: Super Bowl Fashion Edition

Huddle in! This year marks the 50th Super Bowl with the Broncos and panthers facing it off on the field. Growing up in New York football has been a big part of my culture. With Sunday Super Bowl right around the corner, you might find yourself invited to a party or a social gathering. Super Bowl events are always memorable starting from the delicious appetizers to devour like BBQ wings with veggies and ranch dip in addition too the great friends and family you enjoy game time with.

When you think about football, fashion isn’t usually the first thing that comes to mind but trust me you’re going to find yourself looking for a cute and trendy outfit to wear. I’m dressing the part this Super Bowl Sunday with a casual, chic and laid back look. Opting for a fashionable and functional ensemble with a t-shirt dress, comfortable I Heart UGG lace up denim sneakers and a denim crossbody bag. I’m hoping Sunday night’s game points are for me with this trendy and relaxed attire.

Don’t ask what team I’m rooting for because I’m a neutral viewer. Though that doesn’t stop me from enjoying the thrill of the night. With Lady Gaga singing the national anthem, Beyonce and Coldplay performing at halftime my major excitement points directly towards the star studded performances, which won’t be anything less than epic.

Be My Valentine

February has arrived. This the month brings the aura of romance and LOVE. Valentines Day is quickly approaching and there’s no denying it’s the perfect excuse to put on a cute outfit. Figuring out what to wear can be a bit tricky because dressing the part can make all the difference on your V-day date. For this reason I wanted to share an inspired Valentines Day outfit if you’re going out on a romantic date.

When it comes to a V-Day outfit my goal is to feel feminine, fun, classy and sexy.There’s no doubt this flirty all out girly-girl look met all my standards. For this lovely ensemble I wore a lacey pink top with an elegant white tulle skirt. To make a flattering statement, for shoes I wore shimmery Cinderella-like pointy toe pumps. For a finishing touch I spritzed a bit of AVON’s Ultra Sexy Heart Fragrance, which has the perfect combination of flirty, sexy, and sweet all in one bottle. The Fragrances delicious smell will make it impossible for any man to resist. This entire look definitely shouts “Be Mine Valentine!”

I wanted to mention something very important. Though society has chosen one specific day to celebrate love & romance don’t wait for Valentines Day to show that special person in your life some romanticism. Valentines day should be celebrated everyday. So, buy each other special gifts, flowers, chocolate’s, write romantic notes, cook a special candle lit meal, go out on a picnic, watch a movie you both like together and always give each other tender kisses.
