Since I was a little girl, I dreamt of creating something of my own, something I’d love and would happily work on everyday leading me to success step-by-step. I’ve always dreamt about being my own boss. By having my own business with this blog and through every business venture it has permitted me to experience like social media management, event coordination, styling services, influencer consulting and management I’ve learned how to begin something from scratch and turn it into something great. I want to share a few tips to help you accomplish your career goals and dreams.
Desde pequeña siempre soné con crear algo mío, algo que amaría y me haría feliz trabajar todos los días dirigiéndome hacia el éxito paso a paso. Siempre soné con ser mi propia jefa. Al tener mi propio negocio con este blog y por medio de cada oportunidad de negocio que me ha permitido tener como manejo de redes sociales, coordinación de eventos, servicios de estilista, consultoria y manejo de influyentes he aprendido a crear algo grande desde cero. Quiero compartir varios consejos de cómo lograr tus metas y sueños.
- SHOW DEVOTION AND PASSION
Honestly speaking, in life we want to do so many things. I have a pretty long list of things I’ve begun and quite without hesitation which include playing the Violin, belly dance classes to even quiting my leadership in a church youth group. No matter how hard things may be with Lovely Chicas and all the obstacles I’ve faced I haven’t given up. It’s been 5 years and I’m still going strong. Why haven’t I given up? Because I love what I’ve created with Lovely Chicas. When you’re passionate about something you devote yourself to it completely. When I began I had no idea how to create a blog or take fabulous pictures. I worked my butt of studying and learning every detail possible, even the technical stuff. My hard work and devotion has definitely paid off. So, whatever your career goal may be devote yourself to it completely and you’ll find success.
MUESTRA DEVOCION Y PASION -Honestamente hablando, en la vida queremos hacer muchas cosas. Yo tengo una lista bastante larga de cosas que he comenzado y he dejado sin pensarlo dos veces como tocar el violín, bailar “belly dance” y hasta renunciar como líder de jóvenes en la iglesia. No importa lo difícil que se me han hecho las cosas con Lovely Chicas y todos los obstáculos que he enfrentado no me he rendido. Han sido 5 años y sigo más fuerte que nunca. Porque no me he rendido? La repuesta es fácil porque amo lo que he creado a través de Lovely Chicas. Cuando le tienes una gran pasión a algo te dedicas completamente. Cuando comencé no tenía ni una idea como crear un blog o tomar fotos fabulosas. Trabaje fuertemente estudiando y aprendiendo cada detalle posible hasta sobre las cosas técnicas. When you’re running a home-based business this will seem a bit difficult. Trust me, when you work from home you’ll want to sleep till 11am, spend you’re full day in pajamas, you’ll even lose focus from work and do house chores. To “think like a business woman” means even if you’re working from home you have to create a working business environment. Set up a strict schedule and put aside all distractions. During my years in this blogging business I’ve met many incredible people but unfortunately I’ve also met some pretty horrible people as well. I’ve been used, deceived, copied, hacked and so on. Jealous, malicious and uncreative people will always try to steal your ideas but you have to keep innovating. Skilled opportunist will pretend to be your friend and stab you in the back. There will always be people who try to destroy your accomplishments but as a #BossGirl you have to be strong and wiser. People can steal your ideas but no one can steal your creativity or passion. People who can’t stand to see others accomplish success will never accomplish any of their own. Don’t let anything demotivate or get you down. Use all that negativity as fuel to keep moving forward to accomplish even greater things.
PERSONAS CON ODIO VAN A ODIAR-Durante mis años en este negocio de blogs he conocido a personas increíbles pero desafortunadamente también he conocido a personas bastante horribles. He sido utilizada, traicionada, copiada, hackeada y más. Personas celosas, malvadas sin creatividad siempre trataran de robar tu creatividad pero tú debes seguir innovando. Oportunistas especializados se harán pasar por amistad y te apuñalaran. Siempre habrán personas que intentaran destruir tus logros pero como una #BossGirl debes ser fuerte e inteligente. Personas podrán robarte tus ideas pero jamás podrán robar tu creatividad y pasión. Nunca permitas que te desmotiven o lastimen. Usa esa negatividad como gasolina para seguir hacia delante y alcanzar logros aún más grandes.
- BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF
I have always believed that being good to others will come back in the best way possible. I enjoy and love helping others whether it may be with their business or any personal situation. We all have dreams, experience disappointments and difficult times rather than successes. I’ve dealt with those obstacles but in order to achieve my goals even through my most difficult moments I’ve had to show the best of me.
